Common questions about our pricing
Yes. The customer feedback board is free: a board where your customers post requests and vote, replies that reach them by email, and every request read into the need behind it. No credit card required.
Yes, with no credit card. A workspace can have 3 surveys out at once, send each to up to 250 people, and send 1,000 emails a month, reminders included. A survey has up to 12 questions, of which up to 3 are open. An open link takes up to 500 people. The survey page and the email carry a small “Powered by Outcomify” or “Sent with Outcomify” link. Canopy’s reading and reviewing share your workspace’s monthly AI allowance.
Yes, with no credit card. A workspace can have up to 10 funnels of 2 to 8 steps, report up to 50 different step names, and record 250,000 steps a month. A record is one person reaching one step for the first time, so repeats are free. Each step is kept for 400 days after it was last reported for that person.
The Pilot plan gives you full access to all Outcomify features — including unlimited trees, up to 20 team members, Canopy AI, real-time collaboration, and more — completely free while we're in our pilot phase.
We haven't set a hard end date for the pilot. We'll give you plenty of advance notice before any pricing changes take effect, so you can evaluate whether Outcomify is the right fit for your team.

Absolutely. When paid plans launch, you'll be able to upgrade at any time. We'll give you advance notice and time to decide — your data is never deleted.
